BCSC XI: Dinner and a Movie
March 2018
Who doesn't love a good movie? We sure do. Going to Family Video and picking out a few films for the weekend was one way we got through high school!
BCSC XI featured five courses inspired by the first rated R movie I ever watched (in 6th grade): ROMY & MICHELLE'S HIGH SCHOOL REUNION. It's a lot funnier as an adult... Diners joined us for a happy hour and let us cook for them while they reveled in the glory of Lisa Kudrow.
BCSC X: The Freezer Aisle
January 2018
For the 10th installment of BCSC diners braved the cold. They bundled up and ate meal inspired by the dead of winter. BCSC X was inspired by Kid Cuisine TV dinners, the average ski lodge food (before it hits a deep fryer), and egg rolls my family used to make and toss in the freezer to eat throughout the year.
BCSC IX: Be Nice or Leave!
September 2017
This supper club is inspired by the beautiful, boozy, and diverse city that everyone can't help but fall in love with: New Orleans.
Never been? Hopefully our diners could close their eyes and concentrate really hard during this meal and could picture themselves off Frenchman street.
Diners heard some of our jazz filled and booze clouded NOLA tales and shared some travel stories of their own.
